MORTON BARBER FACULTY

JOHN BARBER, JR
PRESIDENT/OWNER
As of January, 2016, John is the new President and owner of Morton-Barber Learning Center. John is a Wabash grad with an MBA from Purdue University. He is the past President of the Columbus National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is a multi-year MDRT member. John teaches Series classes, L&H 40 hour and CE classes.

MARTY BRETZ
INSTRUCTOR
Marty has the following credentials: CLU, ChFC, CASL and CLTC. He is a graduate of Miami University who migrated from Olmsted Falls to Hilliard, Ohio where he is a past president of the Rotary Club, as well as a Rotarian of the Year. Marty has been a multiple-time National Quality Award winner, and is a past member of the Life Underwriters Board. He teaches our L&H weekend cram class.

ZACHARY A. HILL
INSTRUCTOR
Zach has the following credentials: CLU, CPCU and AIC. He is a graduate of Ohio University, and has an MBA from Ohio Dominican. Zach has 35 plus years experience in Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and management. He is a Peace Corps veteran who teaches Life only and P&C 40 hour classes, including our P&C weekend cram class.

W. MICHAEL BUCHANAN
INSTRUCTOR
Mike has the following credentials: CPCU and AU. He has 40+ years of Insurance experience. He currently owns and operates a consulting and educational organization. Additonally, holds a multiple lines insurance license, is a U.S. Army veteran and is a graduate of Otterbein University. Mike has completed portions of the CLU and ARM designations as well. He teaches our P&C 40 hour class.

BILL STAMATON
INSTRUCTOR
Bill has been teaching the Series 6 and Series 7 for the last 20 years. He is a graduate of Malone college and lives in Canton Ohio. He has been in the securities industry for the past 30 years. Bill has held a variety of leadership positions and has earned a variety of industry destinations.
